Fresh Flowers: Given the delicate and transient nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We ensure that all bouquets and arrangements leave our shop in impeccable condition and are packaged to maintain their integrity during transportation.
Preserved and Dried Flowers: These items are prepared with the utmost care and are inspected thoroughly before they reach you. As they are long-lasting by design, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a sale is complete.
Home Staging and Workshops: Services including home staging and floral workshops are rendered with professional expertise. Due to the planning, resources, and time committed to preparing these services, we cannot offer refunds post-service or post-registration.
Order Cancellations: Orders may not be cancelled or refunded once they are confirmed. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before confirmation.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to offer a suitable resolution.
