Local Shipping Policy

At One1Flower, we take pride in delivering freshness to your doorstep.

• Delivery Area: We currently ship locally within Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared within 48 hours.
• Scheduled Delivery: Delivery must be scheduled ahead of the time.
  
• No Show Policy: We will do three attempts to contact you, if we fail to reach out. We will reserve the right to leave the item at door regardless the destination is a house or appartment.
  
• Delivery Times: Local deliveries are typically made from 1pm between  6pm, Monday to Saturday.
• Shipping Fees: A flat rate of $20 applies for local delivery. Free shipping on orders over $300.
• Tracking: You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
• Special Instructions: Please provide any specific delivery instructions at checkout.
